Premium liquid detergent production line providers: No two detergent manufacturing projects are exactly alike. Product preferences, available raw materials, labor costs, factory dimensions, utility conditions, electrical standards, production capacity, and automation expectations can vary significantly between markets. For this reason, Meibao approaches liquid detergent production lines as customized engineering projects rather than one-size-fits-all equipment packages. The company can study the customer’s production goals and factory conditions before developing a suitable process flow, equipment configuration, and plant layout. This flexibility allows manufacturers to establish production facilities for different categories of household, personal care, and industrial liquid products. Depending on the project, a Meibao production line can support laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, shower gel, toilet cleaning liquid, equipment cleaner, and other related formulations. Manufacturers can also select the control level that best fits their operating strategy, from manual and semi-automatic solutions to centralized computer-controlled production. Meibao’s project support extends beyond machine supply to installation guidance, commissioning, trial operation, training, troubleshooting, and long-term technical assistance. For companies entering a new market or adapting production to local requirements, this ability to tailor the manufacturing system can provide an important advantage and create a stronger foundation for efficient daily operations. The cost of a liquid detergent manufacturing plant cannot be accurately determined from one standard price because every production project has different requirements. Capacity is one of the largest factors: a factory designed for relatively modest annual production requires a different equipment configuration from a high-output industrial facility. Automation also affects investment, as manual, semi-automatic, and centralized computer-controlled systems involve different equipment and control requirements. Other important cost factors include the number and size of processing tanks, raw material handling, storage capacity, filling and packaging equipment, factory layout, utilities, installation requirements, and the types of detergent being produced. Meibao therefore develops liquid detergent production solutions according to individual project conditions rather than treating every factory identically. Its published production capabilities cover liquid detergent lines ranging from 5,000 to 250,000 tons per year, providing solutions for different manufacturing scales. Customers can also obtain support with factory planning, engineering design, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and training. For investors preparing a budget, defining the required products, target capacity, automation level, available building, and packaging requirements before requesting a quotation can produce a much more realistic estimate of liquid detergent manufacturing plant cost and prevent unnecessary equipment expenditure.
Production capacity is one of the first questions that should be addressed when planning a liquid detergent factory. The correct capacity depends on expected sales, product portfolio, operating schedule, batch sizes, storage requirements, market growth, and future expansion objectives. Selecting a line that is too small can create bottlenecks as demand increases, while investing immediately in significantly more capacity than required may tie up capital unnecessarily. Meibao provides liquid detergent production lines with published output capabilities ranging from 5,000 to 250,000 tons per year, enabling the company to address projects at different industrial scales. Determining the right configuration requires more than selecting an annual tonnage, however. Tank capacities, batch frequency, mixing time, material transfer, storage, filling speed, and operating hours must work together if the overall plant is to achieve its target output. Meibao can evaluate these requirements during factory planning and process design before configuring the equipment. The company also considers raw materials, utilities, local conditions, and customer objectives as part of project development. This engineering-based approach helps manufacturers select liquid detergent production capacity according to practical operating conditions rather than relying on a single headline figure that may not reflect actual factory performance.

How Does Meibao Liquid Detergent Production Line Works? All kinds of materials are measured and put into the slurry tank in order according to the process sequence. The semi – finished liquid detergent is prepared by mixing, stirring and fully reacting in the slurry tank. Then, the semi-finished product is put into the static tank, where the material is cooled and settled, and the air bubbles in the material are removed to obtain the product with stable phase. The static tank is usually set at a height, and the finished product is transported to the filling line for packaging under the action of gravity. The finished products are packed in boxes and sent to the product warehouse for storage. Features: poly aluminium chloride manufacturing process uses calcium aluminate powder and hydrochloric acid as raw materials. Hydrochloric acid and calcium aluminate are added into the batching tank in proportion for batching, and the slurry is pumped to the reactor. The materials react in the reactor to produce liquid PAC, and then the filtrate enters the finished product tank after sedimentation and filtration. The liquid is pumped into the physicochemical tray at the top of the drying tower, and the droplets flow down with the hot air to dry into powdery PAC. After the finished powder is discharged from the drying tower, it is cooled by the air lift pipe and separated by the cyclone separator and falls into the finished product silo for packaging. The dry tail gas and finished product cooling air are discharged after being dedusted by their respective cyclone dust removers and then sprayed and washed.
